Direct Care Worker

Able and willing to work with individuals with intellectual & physical disabilities including personal care. The Direct Care Worker provides support in the Group Home and Day Program setting, implements individual care plans, is responsible for daily record keeping and participation with participants in community activities and settings. This position is in OUTLOOK, SK. This posting is for those interested in casual work; picking up open shifts as they become available with the possibility of picking up to full time hours each month. The individual must be able to provide proof of a current Saskatchewan Class Five Driver's License and must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check including a Vulnerable Sector Check.
