Job description

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Work setting: Rural area. Budgetary responsibility: $500,001 - $1,500,000. Tasks: Direct and advise professional and non-professional staff. Establish administrative procedures. Participate in policy development by preparing reports and briefs for management committees and working groups. Plan, administer and control budgets for projects, programs, support services and equipment. Resolve conflict situations. Coaching. Supervision: 5-10 people. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Vulnerable sector check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Tight deadlines. Personal suitability: Dependability. Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication. Flexibility. Judgement. Organized. Values and ethics. Proactive.
