We are currently scouting a member to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR), primarily providing Monday-Friday morning shift starting at 6:00am. FBO CSRs are the first impression for all charter, fuel and FBO Customers. The individual in this position must have the ability to provide engaging, detail-oriented customer service while coordinating the front desk in an unpredictable environment. Responsibilities: Coordinates all Customers Service requirements for Kreos Aviation. Represents the initial company contact with customers and visitors by greeting them in a professional manner by telephone or radio. Organizes concierge services for the FBO customer.
