We strive to ensure a seamless product flow, effectively linking agricultural production with efficient distribution. *Job Responsibilities* A customer service Rep, you will play a vital role in our operations by ensuring the efficient processing and documentation of inbound and outbound shipments . This position is essential to maintaining our commitment to quality and service excellence within the agricultural supply industry. *What you will do* * Respond to customer inquiries for products or services * Inputting sales orders from customers for the shipping department * Coordinating shipments with shipping and receiving department * Create shipping bill of landing (BOL) and arrange dispatch of loads * Invoice all BOLs in order to complete month end duties * Initiate contact with customers regarding satisfaction with services provided * Investigate and resolve customer issues * Dispatch / make deliveries as required * Back-up support for other staff when necessary *Requirements* Diploma in Business, Information Systems or Equivalent Proficiency with various Computer Programs, including Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel Experience with *ROSS ERP* Software an Asset Strong Customer Orientation *Why Choose Nu Tec/Sylvite* * Established company with a solid reputation and stable customer base provides reliable and consistent employment for our team members. * Focus on work-life balance and a working environment that values your well-being and emphasizes safety. * Paid time off. * Casual dress code.
