Customer service representative - call centre

As a Customer Service Representative, you?ll be one of the first points of contact for our customers, helping create a welcoming and positive experience from the moment they walk through the door. *Key Responsibilities* * Greet all customers warmly upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate department or team member. * Answer questions regarding business hours, available services, and facility locations. * Guide customers to their next point of contact, including the estimate team, repair department, or waiting area. * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front lobby and customer areas. * Provide refreshments, reading materials, or other comforts to customers while they wait. * Gather basic customer information and communicate it to the appropriate estimate or repair team. * Work closely with estimate, repair, and management teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. * Assist with customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions whenever possible. * Complete general office duties, including correspondence, emails, filing, and other administrative tasks. * Ensure safety policies, standards, and procedures are followed to maintain a safe environment. * Additional responsibilities as assigned, subject to periodic adjustments to align with company objectives. *Required Skills* * Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive customer experience. * Ability to manage multiple tasks while keeping the reception area organized and presentable. * Ability to identify and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Comfortable using Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. * Excellent punctuality and attendance with a commitment to consistently arriving at work on time. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as hospitality, retail, or customer service, is an asset. * 1+ years of experience in an office setting or completion of an Office Administration course is an asset. * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Valid Record of Conduct. * Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. *Hours of Work:* Monday?Friday, 8:00am?4:30pm Capital Auto Group is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering a workforce in each of our locations that reflects the diversity of the community in which we perform business.
