We're hiring a part-time Before School Counsellor to join our team! *Hours:* Monday to Friday mornings (school days), 6:45 AM ? 8:45 AM. 1 to 5 days a week ? flexible. You're done before the first bell. This shift has worked really well for our previous counsellors, who went to school right after at Our Lady of the Lake. Also great for anyone who wants paid mornings and the rest of the day free. *What You'll Do:* * Welcome children and parents during morning drop-off * Supervise kids during low-organized games and activities * Ensure children are ready and safely loaded onto our school bus * Complete daily sign-in sheets and attendance tracking *What We're Looking For:* * MUST be reliable, punctual, and comfortable with early mornings * Experience working with children (ages 4?12) * Friendly, patient, and able to maintain a calm, positive environment * First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) * Police background check (vulnerable sector) required ? we provide the form so there are no fees *Pay:* $18.50 per hour. It's our opening shift, so it starts above minimum wage. *Room to Grow:* This is a small business with plenty of opportunity for additional hours and growth. We run programs year-round including after school care, summer camp, PA day camps, holiday camps, and birthday parties. The right person could pick up extra shifts and take on more responsibility over time. *Nice to Have (Not Required):* * Experience in childcare, camps, schools, or recreation programs * Interest in martial arts or fitness *How to Apply:* Apply through Indeed only.
