Corporate Receptionist

As Corporate Receptionist for a large sized, reputable organization located in Regina, you will: - Serve as company 'ambassador' and first voice/greeter of the firm. - Provide efficient telephone and Reception support: answer calls and relay messages, register/direct visitors and respond to general enquiries. - Represent the company in a friendly, outgoing manner at all times, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality. - Professionalism, a positive attitude and confidentiality are key components of the role. - Provide general office/clerical support including data entry of information and expense invoices, reconciliation of expenses, bank deposits, ordering office supplies, mail/courier, meeting/lunch arrangements, arrange conference calls, etc. Education & Experience: - Office or business training is an asset. - 5+ years senior recep...
