Our client, a leader in their industry requires an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator! Duties: - Accurately process and review all accounts payable transactions, under a multi-company platform, in accordance with company payment terms and month end reporting deadlines - Act as first point of contact with all vendors - Prepare vendor and supplier payments - Account reconciliation - May perform other related duties as assigned Desired traits and experience: - Experience working with a high volume of accounts payables - Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy - Professional work ethics reliable, punctual and brings a positive attitude - Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
