Construction Manager - Custom Homes Relocation Required | Relocation Assistance Available Position Full-Time | Site-Based Compensation USD $100,000-$130,000 + Benefits Target Start November 1, 2026 / As soon as available *Build exceptional custom homes in Grand Cayman - and make your next career move a lifestyle move as well.* Tranel Group is looking for an experienced, hands-on Construction Manager to take ownership of two active, ground-up custom residential projects. This is not a desk-only project management role. You will be on site, making decisions, leading teams, coordinating design and trades, controlling schedule, cost and quality, and working directly with company leadership. For a builder who has spent years delivering custom homes and is ready for more ownership, visibility and autonomy, this is an opportunity to bring that experience to Grand Cayman and help shape how high-quality projects are delivered. *Why This Opportunity Stands Out* · Immediate ownership: step directly into two active ground-up custom residential projects and lead them through completion and handover. · Real authority and visibility: work directly with company leadership, make decisions quickly and have a meaningful influence on project outcomes. · Build one-of-a-kind work: focus on custom, high-end residential construction where craftsmanship, detailing and execution matter. · Field leadership plus full project control: own both site execution and the administrative, financial and coordination side of the projects. · No Cayman Islands personal income tax, allowing the compensation package to compare differently from many higher-tax jurisdictions. · Relocation and work permit support for eligible international candidates, plus a company vehicle, company phone plan, health insurance and pension plan. · Live and work in Grand Cayman, with year-round warm weather, world-class beaches and an outdoor island lifestyle outside of work. Truly paradise. *About Tranel Group* Tranel Group is a General Contractor based in Grand Cayman specializing in high-end residential and commercial construction. We take a hands-on, collaborative approach with a strong focus on craftsmanship, quality, organization, accountability and attention to detail. Our expectation is straightforward: plan the work, solve problems early, communicate clearly, hold the team accountable and deliver work that everyone involved can be proud of. *The Role* You will take responsibility for the day-to-day and overall management of two active custom residential projects. You will work directly with company leadership while managing foremen, site teams, subcontractors, trades, architects, engineers, vendors and suppliers. You should be equally comfortable walking a site, reviewing details with a foreman, challenging a subcontractor, updating a schedule, reviewing cost-to-complete, coordinating an RFI and speaking professionally with a client or consultant. *What You Will Own* · Lead two active ground-up custom residential projects through completion, closeout and handover. · Lead daily site operations and coordinate foremen, subcontractors, trades, vendors and consultants. · Develop, maintain and drive master schedules, short-term look-ahead schedules and critical milestones. · Manage project budgets, cost control, forecasts, change orders and cost-to-complete. · Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, procurement, change orders and project documentation. · Proactively manage long-lead materials, island logistics, procurement and delivery schedules. · Read and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP and shop drawings and resolve conflicts before they affect the work. · Identify constructability issues, risks and missing information early and drive solutions. · Lead project and site meetings with clear action items, ownership and follow-through. · Monitor subcontractor manpower, progress, workmanship and performance. · Maintain high standards for safety,
