Cheelcare - Join Our Team as a Production Manager! *Role Overview:* Cheelcare is seeking a proactive Shipper and Receiver who will also assist in product assembly. This role is essential for ensuring efficient operations in both our shipping/receiving department and production line, providing a hands-on approach to our innovative mobility solutions. *Duties:* * *Shipping and Receiving:* Manage all shipping and receiving tasks, including packing, labeling, and dispatching products, as well as receiving incoming materials and products. * *Inventory Management:* Monitor stock levels, perform inventory checks, and update records to ensure accuracy and readiness of materials. * *Quality Control:* Conduct inspections of incoming and outgoing products to maintain Cheelcare?s high-quality standards. * *Order Fulfillment:* Prepare and assemble orders according to production schedules to meet customer demands efficiently. * *Assembly Assistance:* Support the production team by assembling parts and products during peak times or when not engaged in shipping and receiving tasks. * *Documentation and Reporting:* Maintain precise records of shipments, receipts, and inventory data to ensure compliance with industry regulations. * *Safety and Maintenance:* Keep the shipping and assembly areas tidy and safe, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines. *Requirements:* * Previous experience in shipping and receiving, preferably within a manufacturing or technical environment. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. * Basic technical and mechanical skills to assist with product assembly. * Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks. * Good physical condition, capable of lifting heavy items and sitting/standing for extended periods. * Proficient with inventory management software and basic computer skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of working harmoniously with diverse teams. *Why Join Cheelcare?* * *Innovative Environment:* Be part of a company that leads with award-winning designs and cutting-edge technology in mobility solutions. * *Impactful Work:* Contribute directly to products that enhance mobility and quality of life for our customers. * *Career Growth:* We support career progression within our dynamic and growing company. *Location:* Richmond Hill, ON, Canada.
