The Childcare Supervisor will provide supervision, direction and support to the childcare personnel and children in a residential services (group home) setting. The Childcare Supervisor will be included in the staffing ratio. Duties & responsibilities: Respect and promote First Nation philosophy, values and beliefs. Adhere to all 4DCFS Inc. policy & procedure manuals. Ensures that Behaviour Management Standards are followed. Provide coaching & mentoring to Child Care Workers. Orientates new Child Care Personnel and existing staff on policies and procedures. Responsible to fill and document all child care shifts. Gather and sign off on timesheets, leave forms, and overtime sheets and forward to the Payroll/HR prior to Cut Off. Follow proper reporting procedures for any critical incidents.
