*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures using a variety of hand and power tools. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring safety, durability, and quality in every project. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects ranging from residential to commercial builds, with a focus on precision and craftsmanship. *Duties* * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans. * Build and install frameworks, walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, siding, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools. * Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks for foundations, slabs, and other concrete structures. * Conduct drywall installation and repair to achieve smooth finishes suitable for painting or finishing. * Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged woodwork, fixtures, or structural elements. * Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or cranes safely to move materials on-site. * Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. *Skills* * Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with attention to detail. * Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques including woodworking, framing, drywall installation, siding application, and concrete finishing. * Experience with concrete forming and finishing processes for various structural elements. * Skilled in the use of hand tools (hammers, saws, chisels) and power tools (drills, saws, sanders). * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during material handling. * Familiarity with heavy equipment operation relevant to construction sites. * Knowledge of welding techniques for metal components when necessary for structural integrity.
