We value proactive individuals who thrive on organization, precision, and making a tangible impact through their work. *Duties* * Maintain accurate financial records by recording transactions using Protractor Shop Manager * Perform bank reconciliations regularly to verify account balances and identify discrepancies * Reconcile accounts through detailed account and bank reconciliations to uphold data integrity * Support month-end closing activities by preparing reports and ensuring all entries are complete and accurate *Skills* * Proficiency in accounting software * Strong understanding of accounting principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation * Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyze financial data accurately * Ability to perform bank reconciliations and account analysis confidently This part-time role offers a flexible schedule while providing meaningful responsibilities that directly influence our organization?s success.
