Body shop supervisor

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Prepare production and other reports. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise workers and projects. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Train or arrange for training. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Auto Body Repairer Trade Certification. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills. Organized. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
