SyLMAND (Synchrotron Laboratory for Micro and Nano Device Fabrication) provides specialized microfabrication capabilities using synchrotron-based X-ray lithography and related processing technologies. The beamline supports the fabrication and development of micro-scale devices and structures for researchers and industrial users across a variety of scientific and technological applications.
