The Associate Manager of the Ambulatory Oncology and Radiation Therapy (RT) Review Clinics provides operational and clinical leadership for teams working within the Arthur J.E. Child Comprehensive Cancer Centre. This role is responsible for advancing patient and family centered care, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and supporting capacity planning to maintain timely access for patients requiring care. The Associate Manager leads workforce optimization initiatives and provides direction to multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time, from the right provider and care team.
