About this tool
A useful resume matcher should explain why a job appears relevant rather than simply producing an unexplained percentage. Hibo compares your target role, skills, location, workplace preference and career stage with a limited set of current active jobs, then shows the strongest matching signals and possible missing skills.
Registered members can select a CV already created on Hibo. Visitors can paste resume text and provide skills without creating an account. The matching process is intentionally lightweight and transparent. It does not make a hiring prediction, evaluate personality or infer protected personal characteristics. It also does not send your pasted resume to an employer.
Use the results to discover roles you may have overlooked and to understand which terms appear repeatedly in relevant job descriptions. A match score is not a substitute for reading the posting. Employers can require licences, degrees, security clearances, language ability or specific experience that a text matcher cannot fully evaluate. Before applying, open the job, review the original source and tailor your resume to accurately reflect the experience and skills you genuinely have.
