Job descriptions often mix essential requirements, preferences and general employer language. That can make it difficult to decide whether an opportunity is worth applying for. Hibo's Job Qualification Checker compares the information you provide with a specific active job and produces a transparent match score.
The checker looks at your target job title, listed skills, location, workplace preference and career stage. If you are signed in, you can use information already saved in your Hibo profile or one of your Hibo CVs. The score is a discovery aid rather than a hiring decision. Hibo does not know every employer requirement, and a lower score does not mean you should not apply. Employers may value transferable experience, education, projects or other qualities that are not visible in a job posting.
Use the result to identify why a role appears relevant, which skills are mentioned in the posting and where you may want to strengthen your application. Always read the original job source and employer requirements before applying, especially for regulated occupations, licences, language requirements or work authorization.
