YOUTH Employment Program Coordinator

-Assistance to youth participants facing barriers to employment to develop the skills and gain the experience they need to find and keep quality jobs through skills and employment training, professional development, individualized and other wrap around supports needed, and work experience. -Promotion to local businesses to build awareness & identify employment opportunities for participants. -Responsible for client intake assessment & registration -Work with monthly, quarterly and/ or annual reporting. -Create & maintain case/career management support for participants. -Provide one on one employment counselling services to participants. -Organize any employment related workshops and trainings to the participants. -Create evaluation & post assessment forms for participants& partner employers. -Provide support to employers during the partic...
