DUTIES (include but not limited to): Provide culturally responsive and safe care and strive to build culturally competent programs and services in the area of mental health and wellness. Facilitate youth capacity development by drawing on Elders teachings, knowledge, strengths, and skills. Ensure data collection, meet reporting requirements, and document knowledge transfer sessions. Support the (8) Meadow Lake First Nations (MLFN) on successful practices that improve mental health with a focus on culturally based programming. Be an active member on MLTC Crisis Team(s) and MLTC Accreditation Teams. Respect the cultural practices of each client and community.
