*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented residential Window Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, and services of windows in residential properties. This role requires a strong understanding of construction principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Have your own tools, truck, crews, ability to perfome measurements of windows and doors (with jamb size, brickmold size, casing size ). *Responsibilities* * Install, and replace windows according to specifications and building codes. . * Utilize various tools and equipment effectively to complete installation tasks. * Ensure all installations are plumb, level, and secure for optimal performance. * Perform caulking and sealing to prevent air and water leaks. * Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site, office representatives , to ensure project completion. * Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process. *Skills* * Proficient in carpentry techniques related to window and doors installation. * Strong skills in caulking and sealing for weatherproofing installations. * Experience with drywall repair related to window openings. * Knowledge of construction painting techniques for finishing touches post-installation (if need it) * Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
