Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions. Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements . Repair or replace defective machinery parts. Supervise other workers. Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up. Perform routine maintenance work on machinery. Operate machining tools to fabricate parts. Installing machinery and equipment. Operate hoisting and lifting equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. Equipment and machinery experience: Electrical and electronic controls. Hydraulic system. Power tools. Tool grinders. Turbines. Hand tools. Area of specialization: Renovating and restoring. Rigging and handling. Troubleshooting.
