Welder

Split-fire Sales, a manufacturer of Log Splitters, Woodchippers and custom products is looking for a candidate to fill a welding position. Split-fire is a manufacturing company that produces quality equipment so the candidate must have an eye for quality and must be willing to learn new techniques and technologies. Responsibilities: * Fit, Weld and Sand log splitter assemblies. * ?Fit, Weld and Sand woodchipper and log bucket assemblies. * Program, operate robot welder and laser guidance as required. * Maintain a safe and clean work area. * ?Complete tasks on time while maintaining quality. * Work safely with proper PPE. * Physical ability to lift 80 lbs. * Help team members move and weld parts when needed. Requirements: * Good time management and organizational skills. * Ability to spot imperfections, and fix accordingly. * ?Communication and interpersonal skills. * Team player with both office and manufacturing staff. * ?Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. * ?Problem-solving skills. * ?Good attention to detail and quality. Required Experience: * ?Welding experience required - wage will reflect experience.
