As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Schooley Mitchell *Franchisee Success Advisor* to join our RAMP (Rapid Acceleration Mentorship Program) team. Position Overview: This role requires a strong team player who is comfortable in a mentoring and coaching role. The successful candidate will utilize a dynamic and enthusiastic approach to ensure our Franchisees have the tools and skills to represent our brand and achieve their goals. *Key Responsibilities: * * Mentor assigned franchisees through the early stages of their business launch, including educating and training them on established sales strategies and tactics, support in creation of a weekly routine, and ongoing support throughout their endeavours * Act as a primary point of contact for franchisees on the list, connecting them with the proper resources across the company * Monitor franchisee performance, identify areas for improvement, ensure operational compliance and provide strategic recommendations * Communicate any under performing franchisees to your manager * Maintain accurate records/notes of coaching activities and calls, including call recording, across required platforms, as specified by your manager * Work closely with the Director of Training and Education in support of maintenance and continuous improvement of learning solutions, programs, and tools to ensure alignment and support of corporate and Franchisee goals *Preferred Skills & Experience: * * Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or related field experience. * University or College degree in Business Management or related study is an asset. * Proficient experience with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver feedback effectively and inspire action. * Proven experience as a Sales representative or in a similar customer service role. * Familiarity with CRM software. * Empathetic and patient * Fearless approach to problem solving with great attention to detail and time management * Excellent critical and creative thinking with superior analytical skills * Able to work within a team atmosphere or independently and take accountability * Comfortable dealing with professionals and decision makers * Excellent organization skills and can manage a large amount of data * Candidate must posses a strong sense of business acumen and sales knowledge. *Why Work for Us:* * Permanent Full-time position * Paid vacation starting at 3 weeks per year plus paid time off between Christmas and New Years * No weekends required * Benefits following probation period * Paid Sick Days * Company events (annual bbq, holiday party, etc.) This position is an existing vacancy and offers a Hybrid work schedule (2 days in office/3 days from home after training).
