VR Gaming Supervisor

The VR Gaming Operator Supervisor oversees daily VR gaming operations, ensuring a safe, smooth, and enjoyable guest experience. Responsibilities include supervising VR operators, managing equipment, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and maintaining high customer service standards. The role also handles scheduling, staff training, safety procedures, and inventory of VR equipment and supplies. Candidates should have customer service experience, basic technical skills, and strong leadership and communication abilities. Qualifications Experience in entertainment, gaming, hospitality, or customer service (supervisory experience preferred). Basic technical knowledge of PC hardware, VR systems (Oculus/Meta, HTC Vive, Valve, etc.), and software troubleshooting. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments. Physically able to move VR equipment and stand for extended periods.
