We are looking for an experienced *Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)* to join our growing team. The Role As an RVT, you will play an important role in patient care and work closely with our veterinarians and support team. We want our technicians to be able to use their skills, take ownership of patient care, and continue developing professionally. Key Responsibilities May Include: * Anesthetic induction, monitoring, and recovery * Surgical and dental procedure assistance * Dental radiographs and dental prophylaxis * IV catheter placement and blood collection * Medication administration and fluid therapy * In-house laboratory testing and sample preparation * Diagnostic imaging assistance, including radiographs * Hospitalized patient care and monitoring * Pain assessment and patient comfort * Client education and discharge instructions * Maintaining accurate medical records * Maintaining treatment, surgical, and laboratory areas * Working closely with veterinarians and other team members to maintain efficient patient flow * Following appropriate infection-control and patient-safety protocols What We?re Looking For * Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or eligible for registration in British Columbia * Strong technical and patient-care skills * Comfortable with anesthesia and surgical monitoring * Excellent communication and teamwork * Compassionate and confident animal handling * Strong attention to detail * Able to prioritize effectively in a busy hospital environment * Reliable, organized, and able to work independently * Positive and solutions-focused attitude * Commitment to providing a high standard of patient care New graduates are welcome to apply.
