SUMMARY OF THE POSITION Person who drives an automobile and has the legally required license to do so. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS • Use of an adapted bus during all shifts; • Transport passengers (including stretcher, handicapped passengers) inside and outside of the facility to designated areas in a punctual and timely manner; • Guide passengers to the appropriate seat and monitor their behavior; • Operate adaptive vehicle and equipment such as the hydraulic lift; • Complete the mechanical inspection sheet, report any inconsistencies or repairs; • Ensure safety by applying security and driving rules; • Responsible for the cleanliness of the vehicle and ensure comfort of the passengers; • Plan routes in advance to minimize the number of stops and maximize fuel efficiency; • Ensure that passengers arrive at their destinations on time and help them...
