Testing, adjusting and balancing (tab) technician for heating, ventilating and air conditioning (hvac)

*Lynx Mechanical Ltd.* is looking for experienced *HVAC Replacement Installers* to join our growing HVAC team. We are currently looking for both *employees and qualified subcontractors* for residential furnace and air conditioning replacement work. We?re looking for installers who can confidently complete installations from start to finish and take pride in quality workmanship, attention to detail, and customer service. The Work Our HVAC Replacement Installers will be responsible for residential replacement installations, including: * Furnace replacements * Central air conditioning replacements * Ductwork modifications and transitions * Gas piping and venting * Refrigerant line installation * Condensate drains * Electrical Connections * Equipment start-up, testing, and commissioning What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have experience with residential HVAC replacements and be comfortable completing installations from start to finish. We are looking for individuals who: * Have experience completing residential furnace and AC replacements * Can confidently work through an installation from start to finish * Take pride in quality workmanship * Have strong attention to detail * Work safely and professionally * Provide excellent customer service * Can work independently while also being part of a team Subcontractor Opportunities We are also looking for experienced HVAC subcontractors who can complete residential replacement installations.
