*Job Summary* We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) systems, as well as related mechanical and plumbing components. Your expertise will ensure optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and safety across various commercial and residential projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills in a fast-paced environment both in residential and commercial settings. *Responsibilities* * Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation units with precision and attention to detail * Conduct routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably * Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools * Use hand and power tools safely and properly * Utilize welding skills for system fabrication or repair when necessary * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards * Communicate professionally with customers and team members * Repair or replace appliances and mechanical components such as boilers, pumps, valves, and thermostats * Maintain comprehensive service records and documentation of all work performed * Continue developing HVAC knowledge and technical skills through hands-on training * Collaborate with construction teams on new installations or upgrades requiring HVAC integration *Qualifications* * Proven experience as an HVAC technician with a strong background in mechanical systems maintenance and repair * Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems including schematics interpretation and troubleshooting techniques * Hands-on experience with construction projects involving HVAC installation or upgrades * Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints accurately * Mechanic experience in maintaining diverse mechanical equipment * Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities * Gas fitter 2 license * Valid driver's license * 313A / 313D Refrigeration License (considered an asset) Join our team to bring your expertise to life!
