Tenant Community Relations (TCR) Lead

Camponi Housing Corporation is seeking a Tenant Community Relations (TCR) Lead to support positive tenant relationships while ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act, tenancy agreements, and organizational policies. This position provides day-to-day leadership and guidance to the TCR team while supporting safe, stable, and successful tenancies. Duties: Respond to tenant inquiries and provide information on housing, programs, and community resources. Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including orientations, lease documentation, inspections, and key distribution. Investigate tenancy concerns, lease violations, complaints, and neighbourhood disputes. Prepare notices, applications, evidence packages, and supporting documentation for hearings.
