We are currently seeking an Architectural Technologist who believes in a higher standard of quality, accuracy, and professionalism, and who enjoys contributing to meaningful, well-executed architecture. *What You Will Do* As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will contribute to the design, documentation, and delivery of a wide range of projects. Responsibilities include: * Producing technical and construction documents in Revit * Developing and coordinating building models and modeling strategies * Preparing and editing construction drawings and details * Coordinating plans, specifications, and consultant information * Liaising with the design team, clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders * Conducting research on existing buildings, systems, products, and materials * Assisting with construction cost estimates and project documentation * Participating in contract administration and field review activities * Supporting project coordination with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil consultants * Contributing to quality control and technical coordination throughout project delivery *Required Qualifications* * Diploma from an accredited Architectural Technology program * Minimum 3 years of local architectural experience * Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit * Working knowledge of Autodesk processes and project coordination * Experience preparing construction documents for residential, commercial and institutional projects * Understanding of the current National Building Code of Canada * Experience with renovation and complex existing-building projects * Proficiency with Autodesk ecosystem, Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam Revu * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented *Assets* The following qualifications would be considered assets: * Experience with contract administration and site reviews * Knowledge of building science and construction detailing * Experience with Rendering and 3D Modelling * Familiarity with municipal bylaws and approval processes * CSC certifications (PCD, RSW, CCCA, CSP) * Experience preparing construction cost estimates *What We Offer* ADA values employee development, collaboration, and long-term career growth.
