Supported Living Residential Worker

The Autism Resource Centre is a non-profit organization that aims to meet the evolving needs of the autism community. We are hiring Casual Residential Support Workers. The Support Worker provides relationship-based, autism-informed and person-centered coaching to autistic adults. Working alongside residents, the employee helps build practical skills, confidence, self-determination and community connections so each person can live as independently as possible. The role also supports a safe, respectful and well-managed home and responds appropriately to health, medication, emotional and emergency needs. This is a casual position which helps ensure our operations continue to run 24 hours a day.
