Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Authorize return of merchandise. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Manage cash. Train or assist in the training of other workers. Supervise staff. Perform opening and closing activities. Organise day-to-day business operations. Maintain adequate stock levels. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Participate in staff meetings. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
