Supervisor, Maintenance

The Role Reporting to the general supervisor, maintenance, you will be responsible for leading a mix of mechanical trades that support both surface and underground operations. This role provides oversight to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance of equipment, infrastructure, and facilities. The position works closely with other discipline supervisors to coordinate priorities and contribute to overall site performance. You will coach and develop a team and contribute to a positive, solutions-focused team environment.
