Only weekdays; * No switching from site to site. *Building Superintendent/ Maintenance* We are looking to hire a building Maintenance Superintendent person/ handyman. Please apply below if you believe you will be a good fit for our team! *What does a building superintendent/maintenance do?* * Variety of Maintenance requests on residents? units; * Plumbing, small electrical, drywall patching, small carpentry; * Unit inspections with management; * Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify and resolve maintenance issues; * Monitor heating and cooling systems; * Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants; * Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities with Office staff; * Assist in the setup of facilities for events or meetings; * Will have to replace, keep clean and arrange garbage and recycling bins and line them for collection.
