It started out as just shear amazement for 7 years and the owner purchased a large salon and spa that was already operational. We combined the companies and are looking to grow the salon and spa! They possess advanced technical expertise in various hair styling techniques and trends, delivering personalized consultations and services to meet client needs and preferences. \*\*Responsibilities:\*\* 1. \*\*Client Consultation and Service:\*\* - Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their hair goals and preferences. - Provide expert advice and recommendations on hair care and styling options. - Perform a range of hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments, according to client specifications. 2. \*\*Technical Expertise:\*\* - Demonstrate proficiency in advanced hair cutting and styling techniques. - Stay updated on the latest industry trends and techniques through ongoing training and education. - Utilize creativity and innovation to achieve desired hair looks while maintaining the health and integrity of the hair. 3. \*\*Leadership and Mentorship:\*\* - Serve as a mentor to junior stylists, providing guidance and support in skill development. - Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining professional standards. - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the salon. 4. \*\*Product Knowledge and Sales:\*\* - Stay informed about hair care products and recommend appropriate products to clients for at-home maintenance. - Promote salon products and retail sales through product knowledge and effective communication with clients. 5. \*\*Sanitation and Safety:\*\* - Adhere to salon sanitation and safety protocols, including proper handling and disposal of tools and chemicals. - Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon equipment. 6. \*\*Client Relationship Management:\*\* - Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and attention to detail. - Keep detailed records of client preferences, services provided, and product recommendations for future reference. 5. \*\*Marketing and Promotions:\*\* - Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. -Be consistently growing your book with new clientele unless already fully booked - Utilize social media and other platforms to promote yourself and the salon, I expect one post or video or reel minimum 5 days a week.
