We handle the local marketing, social media campaigns, and booking systems to keep your chair filled, in a location that has experienced a recent growth in new residents/clientele. * *Work-Life Balance:* Flexible, structured scheduling to ensure you have a life outside of the salon. * *Continuous Growth:* Ongoing education and in-house classes, and a clear path to raising your service tier pricing. *Responsibilities* * Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, modern colouring, styling, and treatments with precision and creativity * Conduct thorough, professional client consultations to understand their hair goals and offer professional recommendations * Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary station in compliance with local health regulations. * Build strong rapport with clients through clear communication, exceptional customer service, consistent results, and follow-up care. * Recommend appropriate home-care retail products to maintain the integrity of the client's hair. * Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education *Requirements* * Active Cosmetology License/ Hair Stylist Certificate. * Experience behind the chair as a Hair Stylist (we are open to both mid-level and senior talent). * Strong foundation in modern colour, cutting, and styling techniques. * Excellent communication skills for effective consultation and teamwork. * A positive, collaborative, and professional attitude. * Reliability and a strong work ethic.
