To learn more, visit us at www.borderlandco-op.crs What youll do: The store supervisor reports directly to the store manager and is expected to perform the following duties: Support the Store Managers with day-to-day operations. Help lead and coach team members to achieve high service standards. Ensure store excellence in merchandising, inventory, housekeeping, and safety. Assist customers with product inquiries and issue resolution. Coordinate daily tasks and help maintain an efficient, organized store. Who you are: You are looking for a career in Customer Service and: Grade 12 education or equivalent, post secondary degree is considered an asset. Valid Class 5 Drivers license You have a good understanding and working knowledge of hardware, c-store and liquor products. Youre honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
