Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Retail service establishment. Department store. Retail business. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Manage staff and assign duties. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Conduct performance reviews. Supervision: 3-4 people.
