JOB SUMMARY The Sous Chef will be detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced. In this position, you will play a key role in supervising our kitchen. You will be expected to deliver high-quality food to our guests and motivate our staff to ensure they are preparing all the food up to the standards of the Executive Chef. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to restaurant menu, and following Food Health and Safety procedures.
