Sourcing specialist

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and flexible person to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who can adapt to varying work schedules and is available to work flexible hours based on operational needs. The successful candidate will assist with receiving and organizing inventory, preparing orders, loading, and unloading shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. Dependability, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team are essential. *Key Responsibilities* * Process orders and maintain accurate inventory and shipping records. * Receive, sort, ticket, and organize merchandise within the warehouse. * Ensure orders meet Swimco?s customer service, packaging, and shipping standards. * Manage workload effectively to meet daily deadlines. * Assist with inventory counts when required. *Qualifications* * E-commerce shipping or warehouse experience. * High School Diploma and strong computer skills. * Retail experience is an asset. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. * Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a willingness to learn and take coaching. *Physical Requirements* * Able to lift and move up to 60 lbs. unassisted. * Able to climb ladders and perform lifting, pushing, and pulling. * Able to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 ? 40.0 per week Benefits: * Casual dress * On-site parking * Store discount Work Location: In person
