CRM to support the Government Services Integration Cluster within the Ontario Public Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating technical system specifications into fully functional, tested, and documented applications, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, custom development, integrations, and CRM solutions. The resource will work closely with IT professionals, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and will be responsible for application design, development, testing, troubleshooting, implementation, migration, and post-implementation support. This is a 100% onsite position in Toronto, Monday through Friday.
