Simulation consultant

The South Zone Simulation Consultant provides leadership in the eSIM Provincial Simulation Program and is part of the Provincial Patient Safety team. Simulation touches all aspects of patient care delivery, including teamwork, communications, resource management, occupational risks, human factors, research and quality improvement. A successful Simulation Consultant must have an understanding of all of these aspects as well as a high level of clinical expertise. A Simulation Consultant also collaborates with people who have external expertise and facilitates the integration of this expertise into simulation education, research and development.
