Have real support behind you._ About Inspired Vapor Company Inspired Vapor Company is a Saskatchewan-owned and operated specialty retailer with four stores across the province ? Melfort, Prince Albert, Humboldt and Saskatoon ? and a head office in Prince Albert. We've built our reputation on expert product knowledge, honest advice, and treating our customers and our team right. Our Melfort store has a loyal local customer base, and we're looking for a Store Manager to lead it. The Role This is a hands-on leadership role in a small store. You'll lead a team of 2?3, spend a good part of your week on the sales floor, and be the person customers and staff count on. You won't be on your own: head office handles payroll and HR administration, you'll track your store's performance with an easy-to-use sales dashboard built specifically for Inspired Vapor, and you'll meet weekly with ownership and the other store managers. Your focus is your people, your customers and your store. What You'll Do * Lead, schedule and coach a team of 2?3, and set the standard for customer service * Work the sales floor and lead by example ? helping customers find the right product is the heart of the job * Run day-to-day operations: opening and closing, cash handling and store banking, receiving and inventory counts, inter-store transfers, merchandising and loss prevention * Make sure every sale is compliant, including consistent ID checks and following federal and provincial vaping rules * Pull your store's weekly and monthly sales reports from our custom-built dashboard, and turn the numbers into action on the floor * Handle customer and staff concerns calmly, fairly and professionally * Keep your product knowledge current and train your team to do the same * Keep the store clean, organized and welcoming * Take part in the weekly store manager meeting What We're Looking For * 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality or another customer-facing business * Experience in vape, tobacco, cannabis, liquor or other age-restricted retail is an asset ? not required. We'll teach you the product. * You don't need to vape. You need to be great with people. * Organized and steady under pressure: you plan ahead, follow through, and stay calm on a busy Saturday * Comfortable with numbers: cash-outs, inventory counts and using reports to make decisions (dashboard training provided) * Comfortable learning a point-of-sale system (we use KORONA ? training provided) * Honest and dependable ? trusted with cash, keys and the store * Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle ? required for store banking and occasional inter-store transfers * Available for some evenings and weekends * Professional and presentable * Must be 19 or older Pay & Benefits * From $4,400/month to start, with higher pay for stronger experience * Full-time, permanent position * Group benefits after a 3-month probation: dental, extended health, disability and life insurance * Fuel covered for inter-store transfers * Store discount * Casual dress * Consistent 8-hour shifts Why Inspired Vapor Company?
