Shipping coordinator

Responsibilities: Order trucks based on our customers? orders. Generate loading charts based on those orders. Order trailers based on our production cycles. After each trailer is loaded, the bill of lading (BOL) and invoice will be generated. Freight carriers are notified as to when the trailers will be ready for pick up. Frist thing every morning, make a list of all empty trailers in the yard. Other duties, as required. Cross-training with other positions may occur once the team member is comfortable with the position?s regular duties. Requirements: Computer skills, including MS Office suite Attention to detail Customer service skills Excellent communication skills ? written and spoken Reliable and professional Team player Highly organised Experience with Syspro software would be an asset We offer: Regular shift: Monday to Friday from 7:30-16:15 Medical, dental and pension plans Salary to be negotiated Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $42,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
