Shipper/Receiver

Shipper/Receiver Full-Time, Permanent Bourgault Tillage Tools is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our team. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming products and raw materials. Enter receipts accurately into NetSuite and maintain inventory/bin locations. Label and store materials in the appropriate locations. Complete Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for non-conforming materials. Assist with packaging and preparing outgoing shipments. Provide backup support to the Shipping team as needed. Assist with Kanban and inventory management across multiple locations. Organize and maintain cold storage inventory. Assist with freight coordination and shipping documentation. Work with Production and other departments to ensure materials are available when needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Qualifications Shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience is an asset. Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy. Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable using computers and learning new systems; NetSuite/ERP experience is an asset. Ability to lift and move materials as required. Reliable work ethic with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
