The suitable candidate will have great customer service skills and work well with others, with little supervision and adapt into a fast-paced environment. *What We Can Offer You:* * Dental, Medical, Vision Benefits/Extended Health Care * Employee Product and Service Discounts * Employee Appreciation Events * Opportunities for Career Development * Pension Plan * A Fun Team Environment *Position Responsibilities* * Coordinate daily parts operations including receiving, stocking shelves, processing back orders, picking parts, and preparing shipments * Verify bills of lading, invoices, orders, and related documentation * Process parts credits and returns accurately and efficiently * Receive and distribute parts to wholesale, retail, and shop customers while meeting promised timelines * Ship items efficiently with attention to time and cost control * Maintain accurate inventory, perform cycle counts, and assist with annual physical inventory * Control incoming and existing parts to ensure proper bin locations and organization * Maintain general stockroom cleanliness and organization * Dispatch and route drivers to support timely deliveries and customer satisfaction * Maintain accurate delivery logs and follow established tracking procedures * Provide professional, courteous customer service by listening carefully and asking appropriate questions * Build and maintain positive working relationships with co workers, vendors, and suppliers * Attend training programs as required to gain necessary skills or certifications * Observe all health and safety policies and procedures * Adhere to all procedures and training established within the Quality Management System * Perform other duties as required *Qualifications* * Strong customer service and communication skills * Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities * Willingness to learn and adapt * Basic understanding of inventory management * Previous automotive parts or dealership experience is considered an asset * Valid Ontario driver?s licence with a clean driving abstract * Valid forklift licence or willingness to obtain one *Please note*: Applicants must provide a criminal background check prior to commencing employment. _Dixie Ford Lincoln is committed to providing accessible employment practices that are in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
