Shift Supervisor

This position is open for an experienced and motivated individual interested in a leadership role within a fast-paced retail environment. The Shift Supervisor supports daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and strong customer service, while also working scheduled shifts as a store associate performing duties as both cashier and gas attendant. The Shift Supervisor oversees cashier and fuel operations during assigned shifts to ensure efficient service, accurate transactions, and excellent customer service. This role support management by coordinating staff, maintaining operational standards, and ensures compliance with KGCS policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support staff. Ensure proper cash handling, balancing and use of POS systems. Assist customer with purchases, transactions and inquiries. Monitor employee performance and provide proper guidance and support. Assist with training, and scheduling. Receive staff call-ins and assist with seeking shift coverage. Work open shifts if coverage cannot be found. Oversee daily operations and support strong customer service standards. Ensure company policies and procedures are followed. Professionally resolve customer questions and concerns. Promote teamwork, professionalism, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Report all discrepancies and report all incidents to management promptly. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is considered an asset. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
