What?s In It For You? * *Journeyperson Pay:* $38.00 ? $42.00 / hour * *Apprentice Pay:* $20.00 ? $40.00 / hour * *Growth:* Hands-on training and mentorship from the best in the business. The Blueprint (What You'll Do) You?ll be out in the field making things happen. On a typical day, you will: * *Build & Install:* Handle commercial sheet metal installations and assemble components. * *Fabricate On-Site:* Cut, shape, and alter parts using shears, hammers, punches, and drills. * *Secure the Fit:* Position units and fasten seams using welds, bolts, rivets, or cleats. * *Problem Solve:* Read blueprints, adapt to on-site changes, and collaborate with other trades. * *Lead the Way (Journeypersons Only):* Plan material needs and mentor apprentices on site. What You Bring to the Tools We welcome all skill levels, but here is what we are looking for: *Experience & Certifications* * *Journeypersons:* Must have a Red Seal Sheet Metal Ticket. * *Apprentices:* Registered in a recognized program _or_ a strong desire to learn (we train from scratch!). * *Driver's License:* Valid Class 5 with a clean abstract. *Work Style & Environment* * *Comfort with Heights:* Ready to work safely off the ground. * *Travel:* Willing to travel and work away from home when the job calls for it. * *Adaptability:* Great attitude, safety-first mindset, and a team-player spirit. *Bonus Points (Not required, but a major plus!)* * Experience in commercial, residential, agricultural, or rural settings. * Valid safety tickets: WHMIS, CSTS, Fall Protection, or MEWP/Aerial Work Platform.
