Service & Warranty Technician

North Ridge Development Corporation, Saskatchewans leading home builder, is seeking a Service & Warranty Technician to join our Saskatoon team. Reporting to the Service & Warranty Manager the purpose of the Service & Warranty Technician position is to resolve construction issues to satisfy the customer while not overextending North Ridges responsibilities. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct service calls and recognize warranty responsibilities. Complete service checklists at 30, 180 day and 1 year and fix any items that need attention. Explain to customer why these items need to be checked. Where possible, resolve warranty issues on the spot, otherwise prepare Service Request, provide to Warranty Manager for review and assign trades for follow up.
